Can JMS work across firewall?

Sorry if this been asked before.

I am working on a project that sync data for two different companies which both has firewalls. We want to use JMS's persistence and exactly once feature.

Can anyone show me the configuration examples for this case if across firewall is possible?

Otherwise, if JMS cannot work across firewall, any suggestion on simple solutions for persistence and exactly once?

Thanks

Hi,

Yes JMS can work over firewalls. It entirely depends on your choice of JMS vendor. Our own product, Nirvana can provide you with the functionality you require.
