Hi San,

Navigator4.5 may not install the user profile properly while installation. So Java Plug-in Software may not read the correct user profile.To make sure the user profile setting is correct, please check the following:

(1)HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Netscape\NetscapeNavigator\Users\CurrentUser

(2)HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Netscape\NetscapeNavigator\Users\<UserName>\DirRoot

Make sure that these two registry keys and the <DirRoot> points to a user profile.

Starting with 1.4 JRE, there is multi-version support in

Java Plugin.It means multiple versions of the JRE may be deployed in the same environment and Java Plug-in can select the version it wants.Please go through the following URL for more details on multi-verion support.
