where can I find API (cipher)?

I Have download java kit 2.1.1 and 2.1.2 , when compiler the program still can't found cipher.classhave someone can help me !P.S how to use *.exp and what is function?

Hello ! I think you are Insteast is in CryptoGraphy then see java Security class .See a exp file is used to get the reference to other pakages which we whant to use . Neelesh
