I have update the mappings file and add the local subnet to it by x.x.x.x/24 however, it still cannot relay email and the email client said that the server don't accept relay

This error was seen after we installed MS 4.15p7 and certain mail clients or users are unable to send or receive email. Can anything be done to the server software that would correct this?
